Cancellation Policy

24 hr cancellation policy. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

No Show

A no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Pure Reflections Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy criteria.

Testimonials

  • I'm not the type of guy that goes to a "salon" for haircuts, but I have been following Kacie around since we moved to LKN. This shop is by far one of the best ones I have been to. The chairs are very comfortable, nothing seems worn down and despite being a small shop they have a broad selection of products.

I have no concept of what a men's cut/style should cost, but I know my wife is very happy with the pricing there as compared to other places.
